The system uses a traffic light warning system on the sensor to keep workers safe. The sensors flash and send proactive alerts via text or email to managers at critical thresholds:
- Green: Safe to work.
- Amber: The safe Exposure Action Value (EAV) has been reached, meaning a review or remedial action is required.
- Amber/Red flashing: The worker is nearing their daily limit (90% of the Exposure Limit Value); alerts issued.
- Red: Exposure Limit Value has been breached; you must stop working immediately.
This allows both workers and managers the chance to act before harm can occurs.
